Hi Guys,
This is kind of off topic, so apologies in advance, but hope you might
be interested anyway. I'm doing research into beliefs, disbeliefs, and
experiences of the paranormal kind. It's for a postgraduate research
degree, so it's a proper academic study by the way.
So why am I posting in talk.politics.misc ??? Alot of this kind of
research just involves special interest groups of skeptics or believers,
or university students who have to take part in research for course
credits. But, that's hardly representative of people in general. I
wanted to give everybody and anybody the chance to be involved, so I'm
posting on a couple of dozen newsgroups to try and achieve that. I'm
posting by hand and not using a bot - I'm not aiming to spam thousands
of newsgroups; just to make the research more inclusive than it would be
if I just posted in special interest paranormal and skeptic type groups.
If you're still reading, the link to the survey is given below. It
takes about 15-30 minutes and is anonymous.

Cheers guys, and apologies once again for interrupting your political talk.
Duncan
