The Supreme Court ruled George Bush overstepped his authority in ordering
military war crimes trials for Guantanamo Bay detainees. This is the same
old Bush tactic, ignoring the law and doing as he pleases. He pulled this
same *** with the phone taps and more recently with snooping into our
financial transactions.

I remember saying at the time, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Where
there is smoke, there is fire. We will continue to find evidence where Bush
and Cheney concocted illegal policies aimed at usurping our rights. Hitler
did the same thing to his people in Germany. Hussein did the same to his
folks. Kim Jong Il made has a career doing it.

Well, this time, thank goodness, the courts stopped Bush this time. The
problem is *** Cheney pushes the puppet-like Bush into these things.
Cheney's thinking is frozen in the post-Watergate era where America had a
weak executive branch, but that is no longer the case. Both Bush and Cheney
fail to realize that the Presidency has the strongest executive powers since
Franklin Roosevelt. Bush and Cheney just don't know how to use the powers
prudently. They are amateurs.

It will be a great day when the court decides Bush and Cheney overstepped
themselves and overstayed the American presence in Iraq murdering 2,529 U.S.
troops, needlessly wounding another 18,359, while senselessly killing
thousands of Iraqis including women and children for no reason.
