Mystery shoppers audit their customer service experiences to help
companies improve. <b>I'm looking for a few volunteers out there
to <span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">"mystery
shop" your elected officials</span>!</b><br>

It's easy.<br>
<br>
The House Ethics committee outlines <a
href="http://www.house.gov/ethics/Ethicforward.html">10
general points of conduct</a> that every elected
official or representative should adhere to. Now, using these 10 points
as a gauge you too can evaluate the performance of your elected
official! <br>

Here's the link: <a

I am developing a non-partisan website that quantifies the customer
service value of elected officials. The blog/site is, in essence,
premised on this: "As a taxpayer, some of my money is going toward my
representative's salary. As one of their constituents, I should receive
decent "customer service" from their staff, and the representative
should have materials available to constituents as required, and
whenever requested."<br>
<br>
The point of the site is to send a messege to our elected officials
that constituents come first, and to drive home the messege that if our
representatives are not doing what their constitutents want, voters
will vote them out. I think people from both sides of the aisle can
understand this sentiment.<br>
