On the contrary, since Club Fed finally conceded defeat in their
recent persecution of MS, the quality of MS products (especially
development tools) has drastically increased. I get fantastic support
from Microsoft. I know several HUNDRED other developers who ALSO get
excellent support. I've even had a level two Microsoft support rep
give me his PERSONAL cell phone number so I could reach him on
CHRISTMAS EVE if needed because he knew we were working on a major
development project with a crash and burn deadline. Microsoft
products are not perfect. So what? They are still world class
products that do virtually everything they promise.

Indeed.
