Are the upcoming elections ILLEGAL?

Your website (WinogradWatch) disabled my account, which hostile
electioneering was also practiced to suppress how the inflationary
power deals of 2001 led to Governor Schwarzenegger's declaration of
budget crisis, January 10, 2008, without admitting the cost source,
for seven years.

The following websites ALSO deleted my posts and disabled my accounts,
as conspiracy to suppress the hidden overhead, now accrued for seven
years, since Governor Davis unilaterally enacted inflationary, 20-year
power deals, which are illegal instruments of RICO profiteering,
including at the school where you are or were employed:

2. MLB, Giants, Dodgers, Nats, Braves, Rangers, all subjects in the
illegal CBAs, which ignore the illegal cost sources which led to the
2004 NHL strike and all illegal pro sports CBAs, and to taints in the
NCAA and all D1 programs, which feed pro sports AND illegally affect
ethical schools, since 2001, with illegal COSTS, super-passed, to all
aspects of public life, as the illegally interested, post-2001
graduates pass their illegal costs, to churned cases.

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE THE CAL GRADUATE, FORMER BARRINGTON RESIDENT,

YOU and an illegal class, now illegally proximate, to the 2008

power deals ran ALL THE WAY, from 2001, partly incited 9/11, without
any notice of their hidden inflation or their incitements as an
instrument of sedition and contempt!

The Governor has declared the inevitable budget emergency, while you
pretend your past illegal interests for passing the power deals as
legal and to suppress due notice of their inflationary nature, FOR
SEVEN YEARS, during wars and usury, while your website, WINOGRADWATCH,
deleted my posts and disabled my account, which gave notice of the
hidden overhead, from Gov. Davis' power deals.

You 'teachers,' soldiers, cops, and all bureaucrats are now illegally
contracted, over this, yet all city attorneys nuture attainder, but
neglect post-Prop.64 CBPC 17200-17220, for class relief from the
illegal costs, under Unfair Business Practices Law. Schools,
particularly colleges, have passed the costs as illegal price hikes,
to all consumers and to churned court cases, since 2001, violating
Constitution of California provisions for jury trial, due process, and
habeas corpus, and against privileges and immunities for a class,
bills of attainder, and cruel or unusual punishments and excessive
fines.

You have distorted the issues and the electorate, with your
unregulated electioneering. The cities, counties, and service
districts are about to fold, under the State, thanks to YOUR ABUSE OF
PROCESS, which deletions of my postings were directed to illegal
takings of fundamental rights and to profiteering. So you want Obama,
too? THEN GET AWAY FROM HIM, or talk to me.

I happen to support Mr. Obama, if his candidacy is LEGAL, and he
controls his mob of supporters, who are illegally interested, already,
since he is hopping around for President, entertaining the other,
illegally interested candidates and corporate media, at RIOT, inciting
this illegal condition interstate, to violate the Mann Act and
Sedition Act. My representatives woudn't do the casework, and so YOU
are in a position to cause the removal of President Barack Obama, to
obscurity, since ambiguous 'change' does not forgive outstanding
fraud!

You didn't admit the power deals were inflationary, and then you
deleted my posts and disabled my account, to suppress due process.
You get the heck off the Obama campaign and stay in your classroom, or
I will T-II you and Buddy and whomever else you think gets to run
California, like you are a back room freak who never heard of the law,
until now.

Obama may have provided CNN with pictures, which indicate he knew or
should have known that the budget crisis was imminent, in December
2006. BOTH YOU AND OBAMA NEED TO RESTORE MY BLOG ACCOUNTS, PUBLICLY,
AND DISCILPLINE YOUR UNREGULATED ELECTIONEERS, PUBLICLY, or you are
both about to go on the defensive, and you will LOSE, right as GW
Bush's lame duck administration hobbles out of its house. REPEAT:
Get to me, or get away, from Obama. You are in deep conflict.

I will post this, as notice to desist, on several websites, by GROUPS,
