Did not. He was held INDIRECTLY responsible by not expecting that the
Phalange might do so.


He knew damned well, especially since he had led them to believe (falsely) that the PLO was responsible for Gemayel's death.

Was Sharon indicted for (mass) murder? No. Was Sharon expelled from
the Israeli government? Although he gave up his post as Defense
minister, he remained in the Israeli cabinet. Later he was elected
Prime Minister of Israel.

Only a terrorist organization would elect a mass murderer as its
leader.<

You mean like Yassir Arafat or the leadership of Hamas?
