For readers who may have come in late, "GWOT" =
Pentagonese under the Bush Regime for the _soi disant_
"Global War On Terror".

As a general rule, also valid as applied to this particular case,
simply to put 1/ over and against a fundamental slogan promulgated by
the Empire already embroils one in an error. The perfect negative, in
other words, dangerously superficial.
The deception begins already with the word "War" and continues with
the second term "Terror".

Hal, using BIG WORDS like "promulgated" doesn't make you smarter. The day
will come when you face judgment for your crimes. Right after he puts the
noose around your throat, the judge in your case will say the last words
you'll ever hear: "I order you hanged until your neck snaps and you ***
your pants." After that there's only blackness.
