Re: Bloody Passovers in English?

Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the book "Bloody Passovers: The Jews of Europe and Ritual Murders" by Ariel Toaff in English translation? The original book was in Italian, and the author was forced by Jewish pressure groups to remove it from the bookstores. I thought that maybe it had been translated into English by some interested party, and uploaded to the Internet. I'd like to study the author's argument.
