What does England have to hide? Let the Iranians investigate these
sailors. Iranians need to know what they were upto, and why were
they
in Iranians waterways. Once Iran finds out the truth from these
chaps, it will have to decide whether or not to put them on trial for
crimes against the state of Iran. I am sure they will not be
executed. They may be shown on TV admitting their wrongs against
Iran and may be tell the world that they were sent to sabotage Iran
and force it into submission to Western powers. Let us give Iran the
opportunity of discovery. Just fact finding first.
I don't see what the fuss is about in Great Britain and America.
The British have admitted that their sailors were captured in
Iranian waters. Yes, they lied earlier ... big surprise, right?
Think about it, folks. When the soldiers of a foreign power come
into your territorial waters with weapons at the ready, what are
you supposed to do? You take them prisoner and hold them to find
out what they were doing in your territory, right? What else could
the Iranians do? Unless they want to completely give up any
defense of their own borders, they had to act.
Can this be seen as anything other than a deliberate provocation
on the part of the British?
