Black September in 2006

Israel has escalated terrorist action again.
According to Herald Tribune dated on THURSDAY, June 29, 2006 "Israel sent troops into southern Gaza and its planes attacked three bridges and a power station Wednesday, in an effort to prevent militants from moving a wounded Israeli soldier they abducted Sunday, Israeli Army officials said."
Some civilian has fallen into victim to terrorist attacks by Israel.
For example, according to Herald Tribune dated on FRIDAY, July 7, 2006 "One Palestinian civilian was killed by Israeli tank fire in the town of Beit Lahiya" and "An Israeli airstrike in southern Gaza killed two Palestinian civilians Thursday"
What is more, Israel government required release an Israeli soldier who is kidnapped by Hamas.
Now, Israel has invaded Palestine and killed civilians to require release of Israeli soldier.
Before, there was same terrorist incident as what Israel has done now.
It is Munich incident.
In 1972/9/5 the Munich Olympics which is held in West Germany, The terrorist group named "Black September" trespassed athletes quarters, and shoot 2 persons include athletes and coach, and they hold 9 persons include athletes judge and coach as hostage, then barricaded in the athletes quarters.
What is more, Black September required release of 234 of Palestinian people to the Israeli jail and terrorist group itself escapes.
Both Black September and Israel require release of its comrade and raised terrorist attack.
What Black September has done is equal to what Israel has been doing now.
As for this terrorist incident, the then prime minister of Israel Golda Meir firmly rejected negotiation with terrorists.
It is right. Never yield to terrorists' demand.
Similarly, as for this terrorist attack by Israel, Both President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister of Palestine Ismail Haniya firmly rejected negotiation with terrorists.
It is right. Never yield to terrorists' demand.
International community supports President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister of Palestine Ismail Haniya who fight against terrorists.
International community needs to take decisive measures against terrorists.
Since 2006/7/15 G8 Summit is connived at St. Petersburg in Russia.
Isn't it able to issue an Israel criticism declaration on this G8 Summit?
And, Isn't it able to adopt resolution same with a draft resolution which is vetoed by the United States at 2001/12/14 at UN Security Council?
The draft resolution is "(S/2001/1199) on the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Palestinian-controlled territory and condemning acts of terror against civilians "
Still more, isn't it able to adopt Israel criticism resolution at the United Nations General Assembly?
International Community needs to take action with respect to threats to the peace, breaches of the peace, and act of aggression.
Please Palestine does not yield to Black September.
