The kidnapping of the Israeli soldier is a tragedy, a criminal act.

Some would argue that the soldier represented a military target.

Indeed. He was the most legitimate of targets, a uniformed agent of the ZioNist oppressor.

When Western journalists, students, aid workers and Palestinian
schoolchildren are shot by Israeli army snipers, the victims are often
singled out for blame in these forums using the logic that they
entered a war zone and therefore must accept the consequences.

Yep. Looks like Jooboi went to a dog pound wearing MilkBone underwears.
:-D

Surely, by extension of that logic, a soldier under arms in a war zone
presents a legitimate target and any actions taken against him are not
criminal.

If it's good enough for Gitmo, it works in Gaza. I enjoy the notion of the ZioThug suffering for the sins of his people.

I wish there were an mP3 file of his moans.

Hamas is going Medieval on his ass!
