It is quite well known.

Haitians were used to admister the small pox vacine that carried the AIDS in Africa.
They were exposed and got it, taking it back to Haiti.

At this point, the disease was not homosexualcentric.

However, it was then administered to gays at various cities in the US as part of a hep B vacine for promiscuous male homosexuals.
At this point, it became a gay problem.

A brilliant stroke of political genious. Makes Hitler look like some kind of amateur.

Reference: Dr. Strecker. His brother, a congressman was killed triying to expose this.

from my understanding the Aids epidemic started in central africa some
70? years ago, and in Americas it originated in Haiti some 40 years
ago, taken to the american mainland by homosexual tourists.

What Ive always been curious about is how the disease could have
spread from the African continent to Haiti. There has been little
contact between the two continents for some 200 years.
