Need information on NCQA.org

My mother is in the Humana Gold Plus plan , she is not covered for
dental and other special types of treatments, she wants to be able to
go to a doctor that not assioated with the Shands(used to be
University Hospital), she is due to renew her contract in Nov., she
don't have a clue what to do, is there a Org. of a place that is not
assioated with this Shands, that we can get some good information
concerning what typ of plan she needs, her medicial problems of HB,
and some breathing problems, nothing serious, I guess shes need an
Internal Med. doctor, and dental, this place Shands is not a bad place
as far as cost but, it the worst place to go if you have money to
purchase a plan , any feedback will be will.
