You do not even know how to read your own posts. The chart you wanted me
to read lists 'outcomes research' as level 2, or B.
"Outcomes" Research; Ecological studies

Some retrospective studies are level 2b or 2c. They can never be
classified as level 1 evidence like a RCT.


Conventional wisdom is not science, but you would not know that. Besides,
your original post was wrong. I guess you are surprised I looked, right?
But I don't think that just because the bad research in medicine is what is
pushed as conventional or best, that it is always going to be remain
captured by those who refuse to keep track of all outcomes and base medical
care on the results of a few hundred people. It is a scandal.
