You do not even know how to read your own posts. The chart you wanted me to
read lists 'outcomes research' as level 2, or B.
"Outcomes" Research; Ecological studies

is the exact cut and paste. And clinical studies do NOT control for SES and
the other important variables, as well as the well-known effect of lying to
prostate cancer doctors about how skilled they are. Impotence from
independent studies is twice as high as reported to the surgeon. You know
why too.
