You do not even know how to read your own posts. The chart you wanted me
to read lists 'outcomes research' as level 2, or B.
"Outcomes" Research; Ecological studies

Some retrospective studies are level 2b or 2c. They can never be classified
as level 1 evidence like a RCT.
