looking for footage

I am working as a researcher for a film about the health care industry.
We are looking for communities who have raised money through various
means, specifically a sort of charity function, for a community member
who has a disease and is not being taken care of by their insurance
company, local hospital and/or unable to afford medicine/ surgery.
