There is NO fluorine in phosgene. It is produced by mixing
chlorine gas and carbon monoxide.

It just happens to be essential for life, but not as the
gas, which was the first poison gas used.

Rapeseed oil is a much used edible oil, especially the low
erucic acid form of it, called "canola". I have seen fields
of cultivated rapeseed.
