- The US Department of Agriculture is spending millions to
create a map of every farmer's field in America
- The New Hampshire state Supreme Court ruled that the state
can keep and destroy property taken from a suspect even
though the state failed to prove a single item was illegal
- The Eighth Circuit Appeals Court ruled that police may
seize cash from motorists even in the absence of ANY evidence
that a crime has been committed
The situation in America is getting worse every day. We must
do everything in our power to re-establish a Bill of Rights
culture and put a very tight leash on our federal AND local

At the very least, we are clearly morally justified in using deadly
force against those who break down our doors and storm into our homes.
There's a practical matter of how best to so this, since these cowards
wear full body armor. I'd say deadly force is also justified against
people in certain agencies that are engaged in activities that are
fundamentally evil--the DEA for example--just as preemptive force would
have been justified against the Death's Head SS.
Attacks against property are easier and may be just as effective. Some
of the suffragettes used such methods quite effectively. The policy of
IRA leader Michael Collins, sometimes called ""selective terrorism," is
notable in this respect.
