"fast and furious" started in 2009, the mexican government was not informed of the program, there were no RFID devices, and no tracking of purchasers. It's a deliberate proliferation of weapons - to the drug cartel. Which caused 300 deaths.

It's strange Holder takes no responsibility for such a big scadal.
