So, this law exists, there's this HUGE CRIME, easily able to be
committed without reproach, because.. there's this little detail in
the law, that if I only don't call myself a "dealer", I don't need
to be "licensed", so I can "sell privately", but since I'm not a
"dealer", I don't need to register transfers or do background
checks, but I can buy all the guns I want, and put out all I want
on my table, with a sign that says "private sale, no paperwork
required", and I can buy and sell guns all I want, and travel all
around the western US going to all the gunshows I want and buy and
sell all the guns I want but thank god I don't have to do any
paperwork because

stated:

firearms as a regular course of trade or business with the principal
objective of livelihood and profit through the repetitive purchase
and resale of firearms"
