Personally, I haven't seen that claim from him.  Of course, I don't read
his every post much less his every word.  

You'd have to be a masochist. But yes, Phil has maintained that the
reason they confiscated guns was to stop mass murders.

I have certainly stated that that the specific aim of the laws was to
reduce the possibility of firearm mass murders (which is not the same
as what say I've claimed) but I have never stated "it has NOTHING to
do with stopping crime or "Even if crimes goes up, it's OK as long as
there are no mass murders"", they are pure lies on your part.

Of course you are at liberty to verifiably prove otherwise, but we
know you're a lying coward so I won't be expecting anything
substantive.
