Live free or die.

Prove it

Read it yourself, clodhopper. "The Federal and State
Constitutions Colonial Charters and Other Organic Laws etc", freely
available on Google Books.

Sorry but it's your claim, YOU prove it.

It's the claim of the framers of the New Hampshire Constitution.
Hang on.

Articles I through III including "when men enter into a state of
society, they surrender up some of their natural rights to that
society, in order to ensure the protection of others; and, without
such an equivalent, the surrender is void" from the 1784 Constitution
of New Hampshire, IS STILL THE FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF NEW
HAMPSHIRE.

And it is still wrong.

GOOBER. How would a dufus like you know what's right or wrong?

They didn't understand the nature of rights.

The framers of the New Hampshire Constitution were 100 times smarter and
wiser than you GOOBER, you pretentious fleck of snot.

And neither do you.

Then read the New Hampshire Constitution of 1784's Declaration of Rights
and simply explain the NH framers' view of natural rights within that
part of the state constitution.

You ridiculously pompous and not-just-ignorant-but-especially-stupid
phony-baloney.

PS: do you ever feel bad about how you turned out? I would.
