ALL hand guns registered.

How do you intend to ensure compliance? How do you intend to force
criminals to register?

It works with cars! If you own a gun you can't sell it to someone who
doesn't have a license. The sale is registered locally AFTER a
background check.

ALL gun owners licensed.

How do you intend to do that with regard to criminal possession?

ALL gun sales are registered with the local, state and federal
government.

Again, just how do you intend to enforce that and ensure compliance?

This will help eliminate the problems.

Just how will it do that? Please be specific instead of simply making
wish statements.

Same as with cars. It's simple!
