I disagree. I feel that they need to be armed well to fight the drug
dealers and lords. I have no problem with them having full auto
weaponry. Why do you?

Moves to military, or nat'l guard. German cops with Uzis and Mexican
cops with autos are overkill (pardon the word choice) as well. If the
job is to "serve and protect," I don't think fully automatic weapons
should be on the weapons order "menu list" for peace officers.

Military cannot provide law enforcement activities. National Guard would
have to be called out by the governor in order to do so. So you think
that the police should not have access to full auto if they have to face
criminals with full auto or terrorists?


And peace officers shouldn't be fighting the "war" on drugs. Neither
should the military, imo. The drug addicts will kill themselves.

Here I agree, however since certain drugs are currently illegal, they
will have to. You could work to change the law.
