American Gun Law Expert Urges Support for National Concealed
Firearms Carry Bill

Article IV, Section 1, Clause 1:

"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public
Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State."

FULL FAITH AND CREDIT.

So if Massachusetts bans all firearms except 1 single-shot .22short
per household, and requires registration and licensing for that
firearm, and bans CCW, then all states must immediately follow suite,
eh Goober?

Full faith & credit...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Full_faith_and_credit

From the article above:

"... the full faith and credit clause does not require one state to
substitute for its own statute, applicable to persons and events
within it, the conflicting statute of another state, even though that
statute is of controlling force in the courts of the state of its
enactment with respect to the same persons and events"

Right, so no other state is required to recognize your state's CCW
permit.

And when Congress passes the National Gun Control Act of 2010, we won't
have confusing gun laws but rather uniform gun laws, the same in all 50
states and the Federal District aka District of Columbia & Puerto Rico
and American Samoa & US Virgin Islands & Guam and Northern Mariana
Islands. All will have uniform gun control laws.

Laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh.
