Well, considering you're advocating legislation that will have a
rather profound effect on both the items AND their potential owners, more
knowledge than you've demonstrated would definitely be nice. If you think

of those lawmakers that actually enact such legislation appear to know much

Jim it should be obvious by now that about 99% of people advocating gun
control of any kind have zero technical knowledge of what they are
discussing. It is depressing but treu.

I remember Sarah Brady saying the AR-15 had no sights and was designed to be
fired from the hip in spray and pray. Big surprise to me I had one with the
iron sights and 4x20 scope!

I was going to try and call her on the statement and make her take a public
bet on it. For some reason she never came back to Virginia with her dog and
pony show to an open debate. Can't imagine why.
