I'd like to see if you can answer this question that I asked you
earlier and you did not respond to:
On Apr 18 "Herb Martin" <n...@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
You gave them up (a portion) when you allowed me to park MY

Deny parking or accept that MY PROPERTY is NOT your property.
You do not gain control of MY property by allowing it on your
property.
All or nothing.- Hide quoted text -
So once I give someone permission to park on my property, I can't
change my mind?
Sure, but you can't search MY auto you let me parked.- Hide quoted

I can't search your car without your permission. What I can do is ask
you for permission to search your car and if you don't give it then I
will change my mind and deny you permission to park on my property.
In the problem case, the cars were ALREADY parked on the property, and THEN
the company decided to do a dog search around the cars, and firing those who
refused the demanded search of their auto.
And what the law in Florida says is that you cannot make that demand
IF you let some people park, you must let all park, search or no
search.
what it says is that you can't FIRE any permit holder for having a gun in
their car on the company property, whether they refuse a search or not.Prop
owners never had the legal ability to search a vehicle that didn't belong
to them. Only police can do a search, upon probable cause. No PC,all they can
do is ASK your permission.
(and now the anti-gunners are demanding stricter rules for obtaining a
Concealed Weapons Permit, demanding tougher shooting tests.the anti-
gun Orlando Sentinel had an ediitorial on it yesterday.)
