Topp, can you name a single urban situation where the cops could use a
mini-gun that would not endanger the innocent?

Never seen the Angels rolling truck have you...
Side folds down and 4 mini guns point at you.
They have used them to level houses...

That is where a mini gun would be needed

Having lived in South Florida, LA and Arizona, I can honestly say I have
never seen that. Have you and where?
