I always hear the grabbers say that "high-powered assault rifles are only
good for killing large numbers of people."
But it's okay for the Police to have them somehow. So, do they read these
'large numbers of people' their rights before they kill them, or what?
And under what circumstances is it okay to open up with a
less-than-highly-accurate weapon in a populated area?
