In my state any Class III holder can own one....
What is your problem?
Write your congressman about that....

Hell, in my state, I can not own a weapon that looks like an "assault"
rifle. Let alone a fully auto weapon. Only person I knew that had legal
Thompsons were because his grandfather owned them and they were legal as
they were in the family before the law was passed.
