Peter Albert, 52, was arrested a few blocks from the scene and
charged with robbery. Police said Albert was intoxicated and carrying
a small pocketknife as well as a backpack containing a fast food bag
and sporks.

Albert is being held at the Anchorage jail with bail set at $5,000.

Oughta ban those things. Coulda took an eye out.

All you spork nuts must give up your sporks. It is for the children.

Real logic dictates that ALL plastic dinnerware MUST now be banned.

Especially those 'Assualt Sporks' that have such features as a Folding
Stock.

Wow! I wasn't aware of the assault spork. The average citizen has no
business owning an assault spork. They should only be owned by a well
regulated militia, with all the assault sporks being stored in a central
location regulated by the state. However, plastic sporks are very dangerous
because they are much easier to sneak past security at an airport.
