The reasons for higher rates of incarceration in
US is because of the dependency on its gulag
economy, where slave labor is playing crucial
role in creation of the goods sold on a market.
While expenses on production of those goods
are covered by the public tax-dollar, the profits
are yielded by the private investors of predatory
incarceration industry, including contractors of
the slave labor of prisoners, and ***-sucking
sadistic employees of completely corrupt and
criminal US Judicial System, who enjoy to see
agony in the eyes of defenseless hostages of
gulag economy (whose blood they are sucking
via their dicks) with complete and utter impunity.

There's also a huge army of the mediators and
middlemen are getting their profits from prison
system it the capacity of the money extorted in
the process of impositions of the incarceration
terms, - as well as release from imprisonment....
Among them can be ordinary pigs, including all
bailiffs, lawyers and other contractors of corrupt
and criminal US Judicial System, (who are also
dependent on perpetuation of the long obsolete
system of incarceration, which was inherited by
the contemporary society from the times of rule
by tyrants, who openly oppressed their subjects)....

That's the biggest line of bull-*** I've seen in quite some time.
