You're certainly right there Buck.

Don't you just love the way these cross posting spam monkeys dribble
their totally irrelevant garbage all over usenet and get all bent and
twisted when they get told to piss off.

Tanya, if there was any truth or validity in what you posted, you
would have posted it on the relevant group or groups, where it would
have been read by interested parties, not plastered it all over usenet
just to give people who aren't interested in claptrap "religions" the
shits.

You can piss off now.

Listen, what's "irrelevant" to some maybe interesting to other's.
Okay, perhaps no one is interested in what I was posting about on this
group, but wow, so, I made a mistake and crossed posted, why the need
for such hostility?
Actually, you (and the others) that have jumped on me because of this
infraction of cross-posting (which, incidentally was an innocent
mistake since I'm new to utilizing 'usenet') have all been going 'off-
topic' by deciding to berate me for this (minor) mistake. You all
have been doing just what you've been pulling me up on ... not
sticking the to the topic of guns/politics. By deciding to vent on me
with your venomous and denigrating comments, don't you see that you
have committed the same 'violation' that you have been yelling at me
for doing? You've gone 'off-topic'!

Incidentally, I wasn't and I'm still not "getting all bent and
twisted" because I've been told to "piss off" .. I'm just amazed at
the amount of intolerance and anger that has been cooking because of
something that I did which was an innocuous and innocent mistake.

Also, what do you mean by if there was any "truth or validity" in what
I posted I would have posted it on the relevant groups? I have told
you .. I made a mistake, it has nothing to do with the authenticity of
my comments/opinions: My brother was arrested and I was asking why
(albeit it rhetorically) and I was also wondering/asking (again, using
rhetoric) if it had anything to do with the picture printed in a
newspaper of his two guns along with the caption "come into my house
and you'll have a warm welcome". Hey, at least the word 'guns' were
mentioned in my original post ... can you take down the hostility a
notch now?

Truth and validity? One man's truth is another man's lie. It wasn't
so much about the truth of the whole thing because it was written with
a certain amount of irony and with a (waning) belief that freedom of
speech and expression really isn't so free and actually comes at a
cost.

My brother is due to appear in court in April where the 'truth' is
hopefully going to be exposed .. but I won't bore you any longer with
this since it has now most definitely gone off the topic of guns/
politics but certainly remained on topic with regards to everything
you said about me and to me in the post/s you left (I've tried to
address everything you said while staying on the very important topic
of me being an ***)

I'm so sorry I stumbled across 'your' usenet group and posted
something that I shouldn't have.

I can "piss off now"? Real nice. I think I've tried to address your
(angry/hostile) comments with politeness and with a degree of humility
and I've even apologized for stumbling into your group with the 'wrong
topic' .. and yet you talk to me like that?
.
