@o10g2000hsf.googlegroups.com:

Please name one citizen who has had thier civil rights violated.

I didn't think so.

You do realize you are a paranoid loon, don't you?

Frank

Hello, Frank.

You wantme to name one citizen who's civil rights have been violated.
Tell you what...

I can name about 300,000,000 people who've had their civil rights
violated. You're one
of them, Frank. Are you forgetting about the President's illegal spy
program? It's called
data-mining. The President has already admitted that he personally
ordered the NSA to electronically monitor every email, every phone
call, and every electronic communication in the United States. That's
why Verizon and AT&T are in so much trouble right now. That's why the
President wants his retroactive immunity bill passed... to protect
illegal activity that even Deputy Attorney General James Comey said
under oath was illegal and clearly unconstitutional.

Your privacy rights are being violated every time you use your phone
or sit down to use the Internet. It's not paranoia that makes me say
this. It's the words of the President of the United States that
brings this very issue to light in the first place.

You want more violations of civil liberties?

Two words... "Hurricane Karina." At the direct orders of New Orleans
Mayor Ray Nagin, the New Orleans Police Department, the National
Guard, DEA, ATF and U.S. Marshals began breaking into people's homes
at gunpoint, confiscating lawfully-owned firearms, and in many cases,
evicting the residents from their own homes. I've got the footage to
prove it. Not to mention, Keith Abel, my co-writer on this project,
lives in New Orleans. He actually witnessed first-hand many of the
atrocities that are brought to light in the film.

How about the 5,000 plus individuals who have been rounded up as enemy
combatants by Homeland Security and now years later we find out that
many were released because the government had misinterpreted
intelligence or had simply picked up the wrong person...

OK, Frank... It's your turn. You said name one... I give you 300
MILLION. Do you have anything to add to your previous post?

William

Oddly enough I haven't been arrested for anything so my rights have not
been
violated.

Katrina and cops? Blame that on the local facists not Bush.

If they were aressted like any other suspect and then released when the
evidence eventually didn't support the original charge how ere they're
rights
violated. And name one specifically.

OK Frank... I'm not even going to make you read. Please see short
video... put out by the NRA
(by the way... her name is Betty Connie, and she's not the only
victim)

========================

I saw a video in which one national guardsman was interviewed and said he
had grave doubts about treating fellow Americans that way. Unfortunately,
not enough of them realized the crime they were committing. And even if they
had, would they have been cool headed enough to disobey orders?

In fact, what they did was a violation of the oath they took, based on my
interpretation. Unfortunately, the last part of the oath is at odds with the
first part. What if the people you've agreed to obey are domestic enemies of
the constitution?

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the
Constitution of the United States and the State of (STATE NAME) against all
enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to
the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United
States and the Governor of (STATE NAME) and the orders of the officers
appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God.
