Irrelevant. There is only one constitution in this country. The law is the
law. If you don't like it, you can try and get the law changed, or you can
move to the country where you really belong: Russia.



Let me ask you, if the terrorists strike again and kill piles of citizens
and we could have stopped them by listening to phone calls between foreign
nationals known to be hostile and thier operative - citizen or not - will
you chug a gallon of Drano?

Actually, I don't object to surveillance. Since you're so well versed on
this subject, I would've expected you to know what the real issue is.




The real issue is - there are people out there who want to harm us. The
Executive's job os to protect the country. A foreign national calling here to
conspire with an accomplise to commit mass murder meets the requirement. What
are you afraid of? I'm afraid of waking up to 10,000 or more dead.
