OK. So, we make it legal to carry at schools. I like the idea, but I'm not
convinced it's going to help. How do we know how many faculty members or
students would be carrying if it was legal? I'll guess 15-20% of faculty,
and 5% of students. What's your guess?
even 1% would be an improvement if something happens because then odds are
good that at least one person in the area would have the means and the
capability to engage the perp and to potentially save lives. Unarmed they
have little choice but to attempt to run away with the rest, or fall as a
victim if they can't.
