EasyNews and rec.guns

For the past several months I have not been able to post to rec.guns.
Working with Magnum, the moderator of that group, we determined that
the problem lies with EasyNews.

I have contacted EasyNews, who admits the problem lies with them.
However, after several weeks of back-and-forth emails with their tech
support, the last communication I had with them said "Our admin is
going to take another look at this issue." That was November 15th.
Since then, they have not responded to email from me.

EasyNews is one of the largest usenet services in the world, and their
not supporting rec.guns has a major impact on that group.

Perhaps letters to them from others would help?
