No,the Leftists wrongly believe that the tools are the cause of crime,and
thus futilely attempt to restrict the tools,when in reality,the criminals
are the cause of crime.They are very "soft" on the criminals,excusing
their
choice of behavior,blaming it on all sorts of "social injustices" that the
Leftists wish to "correct" with "Political Correctness" and entitlement
programs.

A recent mugging victim in Berkeley was not just robbed, but shaken to her
core. She actually said she had lived her life believing "Bad things don't
happen to good people."
