You don't know what it means, do you Ratboy? "Citizenry" as a
word doesn't appear until a couple of decades after the US
Constitution, and it appears in Britain, not the US.
Obviously the Founders never used the word, so it couldn't
mean the same thing as "the people" as found in the Second
Amendment, could it?

"Citizenry" is just a word chosen by the gunlobby to move your
attention away from the text of the Constitution, and towards
their hand-picked alternatives to Constitutional terminology.

So what does citizenry mean, Felix the Rat? Come on, if you
don't know who does?
