"The fact that some senators don't have the courage to let it go to the
floor for a vote is beyond reason," Bloomberg said in a statement.

Not mentioned anywhere by the AP or Bloomberg OR any of the senators
is the fact that the bill changes the criteria for mental impairment
from a judicial "adjudication" to a simple government
"determination". Presumably if the government suddenly "determines"
that all law-abiding gun owners are "loons" the only problem is the
cost of the "restoration" hearings included in the bill whereby those
law abiding citizens may petition to get their lost rights back.
Yeah, that's the ONLY problem with this bill. Wayne said so!
