I believe you'd have to SHORTEN the chamber, as opposed to
reaming it out. Too much trouble.
Oh well.
Garands are CHEAP. $600 will get you a service grade from
the Civilian Marksmanship Program.
If I showed up at an NRA target match I'd probably be the
target. Neat rifles though, I'd like to shoot one someday.
