Ever hear of the Lautenberg amendment to GCA '68?
If you were ever convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence, EVER, you
lose your gun rights as if you had committed a felony. This became
effective in '96, but it covers any prior conviction, too.

Yeah, right, just like they shouldn't have confiscated guns after
Katrina in Nawlins. But they did.
A bad law is only unconstitutional when the SCOTUS says it is. They
don't choose to hear 2nd Amendment cases much.
