Some biased crap....

The NRA filed briefs in the Supreme Court case against the law that
prevents mentioning a politician by name 30 days before an election.
This was obviously one of the most unconstitutional laws ever passed.

Oh my! What an amazing infringement on our rights!

Yes it is. Having politicians protected from criticism, otherwise known as
free political speech in the all important days heading up to an election is
a hell of a lot bigger deal then the NSA listening in on what my wife asks
me to pick up for dinner.

Man, compared to
spying and warrantless searches, that one is huge!!!

More evidence you don't deserve any 4th amendment rights. You don't care
about your second amendment rights or your first amendment rights so why do
you care so much about privacy? You've already sent the government the
message they can violate your rights at will and yet you are so stupid as to
think they will only violate a few.

Do you remember either the ACLU or the EFF opposing it?

Logical fallacy - you haven't heard from the NRA on a subject so you
assume they must not oppose it.

No one has heard from the NRA except about the RKBA, which by itself
is pretty useless against govt. infrigement of individual rights.

Umm no it's the foundation of the ability to protect rights by armed force,
which is the only thing that will deter a government willing to ignore the
constitution, which ultimately is just words on a piece of paper capable of
mustering no real force in their own defense. Once you give up your right to
bear arms the government can ultimately do anything it is willing to use
force to do.
