Should AG Gonzales be made King of America?

There is only one question Americans need to consider right now.
Should America have a king? We already know that the president has
assumed king-like powers through the use of written proclamations
known as "executive orders". But that isn't the question here. The
question is should Attorney General Gonzales be ALSO given king-like
authority over American Citizens?
Yes! Says Paul Helme of the Brady Campaign who is "shocked" that
Americans can't be stripped of rights by a simple decree of an
administration member. He's talking about "terrorists" being allowed
to have guns. He's "shocked" that people on some "terrorist watch
list" are "allowed" to buy as many guns as they want!
The answer is simple. Gonzales and the so-called "justice" department
helped NJ Senator Frank Lautenberg write and introduce S. 1237 which
gives the AG total discretionary authority to to deny transfer of any
firearms or granting any firearm or explosive permit to anyone who the
AG has made a "dangerous terrorist determination". And that
"determination" is seen in the proposed legislation to mean nothing
except the personal opinion of Gonzales. Not only that, the
"evidence" for such a determination is kept secret and need not be
shown to anyone including a court of law to which such a "dangerous
terrorist" might appeal the arbitrary "determination".
The bottom line is that the AG is given kingly powers to strip ANY
Amercian citizen of rights based ONLY on a personal opinion. NO
charges need be made. No evidence need be shown. No court need be
given any reason. These arbitrary powers ALSO extend to dealer and
explosive licenses which allow the AG to arbitrarily shot down any or
all ammo or gun dealers or manufacturers in the country.
As far as can be determined the ONLY appeal is to seek a personal
audience with Gonzales (or current AG) bowing and scraping
appropriately and begging your liege to reconsider restoring your
constitutional privileges (formerly known as rights).
The House version of this bill is H.R. 2074 introduced by RINO Peter
T. King (R-NY).
This bill in conjunction with the Federal Gun licensing bill H.R. 2666
introduced by black Illinois congressman Bobby L. Rush which would
license all firearms and make gun ownership a privilege rather than a
right, thus would open the door to allowing the AG to strip ANY or all
Americans of their guns by decree.
The bottom line here is that these bills FINALLY go a long way toward
"taking guns off the street" and making the United States a nation
ruled by men rather than a nation of laws.
So if Hillary or Obama or any of the RINO Republican "presidential"
candidates wish to really be King and smash those pesky American ideas
of equality and "rights" and limited governmental authority, these
bills give them the "tools they need" to do it.
Of course Lautenberg never met a rights-grabbing bill he wouldn't
introduce. But the new thing here is the Justice Department actually
helped him write one! Happily none of his other anti-gun schemes (such
as taxing ammo out of existence) have ever gone anywhere, but if
people fall asleep on watch, he could get lucky. A word to the wise.
