Rights are not granted by the Constitution. The
Constitution protects rights which pre-existed it.
Attempting to coinverse with the weasel is like trying

Whether rights are or are not granted by the Constitution
was not the point being addressed--the statement made was
that the RKBA was not granted by the Constitution.

So you believe in an hierarchy of rights in the Constitution,
