Rights are not granted by the Constitution. The Constitution protects rights
which pre-existed it. Attempting to coinverse with the weasel is like trying
to pick up runny shit. Best to just killfile him and forget him.




Whether rights are or are not granted by the Constitution was not the
point being addressed--the statement made was that the RKBA was not granted by the Constitution.
