See? You make Bloomberg's point for him! Just like the banning of
guns in NYC isn't effective in stopping crime so long as guns aren't
banned elsewhere, the ineffectiveness of drug laws show that the SAME
principle holds. So long as Cocaine isn't banned everywhere in the
whole world, then drugs will still get into NYC. Luckily the UN is
working on world-wide gun bans, (but not Cocaine bans, natch).
