That's only part of the issue, and I'm not drawing the line at exactly
10mm, tho I'm pretty sure I'd vote against 50mm guns in the neighbor's
yard. That's almost 2" diameter. One needn't know a great deal about
guns to know a projectile of that size could do a lot of damage. Not
such a great idea to have 'em in every garage, guys. Jeff's 105mm,
more than double that, is clearly out.

The more important issue, which you, Herb, and Jeff have to come to
grips w/, is where *you'd" set the limits. You guys seem to agree that
nukes wouldn't be appropriate for civilian issue, yet you argue that
civvies should be no less armed than soldiers.
