They're not "murder victims." Murder is unlawful killing. While
we may find the circumstances of their deaths abhorrent, they were
killed according to the laws of their country.

In fact, they were not. It was unlawful, no laws were passed that
allowed it, the party apparatus simply killed 'em.

Perhaps but that was consistent with the political regimen in place.
As I said, we might find the circumstances abhorrent.

I would welcome better-informed comments from you. Perhaps you
could do bit of research.

You need to do the research. And also a bit of thinking.

OK.

Give me a citation for your understanding of rights. Where can I
find some discussion of rights existing regardless of being
unrecognized?

Try Thomas Jefferson or John Locke. Natural rights were discussed
and recognized centuries ago.

You truly aren't educated, are you?

Obvioulsy well enough to make my commentary beyond you.

Hardly. Your assertions have no basis in law or in rational thought.
The Declaration of Independence is a legal document, one of secession
by a group of governments and geographical areas from another
government and geographical area. Your "opinion" of the Declaration
of Independence appears to be based on ignorance.

That's utterly absurd.

The Declaration of Independence has absolutely no standing as a "legal
document."
